The quality is absolutely outstanding and the look and feel impressive, comparable to the original. Additionally, the movement is extremely precise and even the chronograph function is stable und functionable. Up to now, I have absolut no problems with the running sec @ 6 and I keep my fingers crossed.

This was actually my first time ordering from the internet, and I've heard so many bad things about online companies, but ordering from you and receiving my watch was a great first time experience. Outstanding service! The watch I bought was stolen from my house a few weeks ago but luckily, I bought the 3 year extended warranty with insurance. I called up your customer service department, and provided my information and explained the story about my watch being stolen at home. Sure enough, a week later, I got another watch identical to the first one from you! Paying the extra few dollars for the warranty really saved me hundreds from having to buy another one. The extended warranty is definitely worth the investment.

Very beautiful watches you have available on your website. This is already my 2nd time ordering from your website. The first Rolex I ordered from you was delivered to me very quickly. I was hesitant to see if the watch was anything near as good as you claimed it to be, but to my surprise, it looked exactly to that of the real one. I just ordered a 2nd Rolex for my wife too.

I have to comment on how wonderful your customer support staffs were. They are superbly friendly and helpful. I order stuff from the internet quite frequently, so I'm used to getting phone numbers that don't work or only get a hold of answering machines, and e-mails that aren't replied until days later. But your staffs were always very fast to reply to any e-mails sent and, they were very knowledgeable and very helpful.

Fantastic website! You have so many brands and choices of watches to choose from! I've never seen a website with this many choices before.
